The Saudi National Museum, Riyadh. First international stop of the Parfums d'Orient exhibition designed by the Institut du Monde Arabe in Paris, presented under the patronage of His Highness Prince Badr bin Abdullah bin Farhan, Minister of Culture of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Over 200 historical and contemporary works structured around three sections — Sublime and Generous Nature, Scents of the City, Fragrant Courtesy.
An immersive recreation of the Gulf perfume souks, featuring seven large wall-format portraits and three audio tracks that capture the voices, gestures, and atmosphere of the workshops and markets. The installation invites visitors into the working space of the perfumers — a space that has become rare in the contemporary world.
